Great… the BBC has now confirmed that Rose will be back (though not for how long, so hopefully only an episode or two). I hate that girl, and I’m almost glad that Russel T Davies might be leaving if only so that Rose might go away for good now.

Almost ANYONE would be better than her…

So, my last art project (before Thanksgiving break) actually turned out pretty nice…. so I thought I’d post it for y’all to see (its not like I’m procrastinating my next project or anything….). I did only manage a B+ on it, but thats not so bad in the grand scheme of things, imho.

You’d think they could manage to get some decent servers, at least for course registration…… 800 freshman all trying to crash the… erm, register at the same time certainly went well *grumble grumble*

Anyway, back to sleep I go!

There are days when I miss being listed as class of 2010 in the school computers. As it turns out, upperclassmen get first dibs at course selection (they had me believing it was the other way around). Soooooo, all the time I spent planning out my schedule for c and d terms was for naught as several classes are full. Its mainly the art classes, both of which are in the same computer lab, and yet somehow one of them has less than half as many seats and no wait-list. So, it looks like I have to schedule in a bloody 8am CS/Math class on discrete math instead.

Grr……

Oh, but the good news is that I may have a job in the near future…. its a semi-family thing and there may be a conflict with my experience/my being at school, so we’ll see how it goes.

Anyway, the site logs show that someone new (or someone who aint been here in a while?) has been reading the past while…. using AOL no less. So, introduce yourself in a comment. Feel free to be vague, we all are.

Well, except me. I tend to be long winded, but then I am the one blogging. Note how I didn’t say “It’s my blog”… Does it say ‘Kiirel’s Relto’ at the top? No. It’s Taniith’s Relto, but he fell into some sort of strange portally gateway deally a few years back and I haven’t heard from him since. Here’s hoping he didn’t learn that the Cake is a Lie the hard way…

Ok, this new Scissor Sisters song that just managed to pop up on the playlist for the first time is weird and disturbing…. and I need to go to sleep too. So, I’m out.

You know, it seems to me that people don’t really use Peachy and keen all that often these days.

So as I mentioned in a comment a few days ago, emails from the blog haven’t been working for a while, and then they suddenly started working. Now, the daily backups for the blog are sent by email and stored in my gmail account (don’t start with me, ok? Its still redundant).

So, no emails meant no backups. Well, now that they have started again, I’m getting backups again. But then just now, I got about 15 backup emails (each with its own database attachment) within about 3 minutes. Needless to say, that is a bad thing. So now I’ve gone from no backups to way too many… maybe its trying to make up for the missed days?

Oh well, now backups are turned off intentionally… I just hope it has something to do with clocks changing and so forth.

Getting an extra hour is very nice, by the way.

Oh, and for those who might care, the Bah’ro are invading D’ni….. I haven’t gone to see for myself, but I hear its insane with Bah’ro flying around and almost knocking into people (if you know what they look like, as some of you do, you will know how freaky that could be). For those that don’t care, you can skip this paragraph… but as you had to read it to get here, that is a moot option, I suppose, eh? ;p
