I Wanna See…
Ok, one more quick one for the night. Now added to my ‘to see’ list:
-Wicked
-Man of La Mancha
-Ragtime (re-see)
This Wicked music is really cool, and it was pretty easy to figure out the basic story just by listening to it. Then I check Wikipedia, and it sounds really cool. What an awesome idea for a story! Just what I need, another show with good music that’s mostly female parts… right? Not that that has every stopped me singing before! :D
I even gave up gender-correcting lyrics in such easily fixed ones as ‘On My Own’ :p

Nope. I was discussing it with my mom and she said the book was a difficult writing style to read.

It’s a good book for about 2/3-3/4. Then not so much. But very worth the read.
