Interesting
I love the stats tracker I keep on this blog. It provides all sorts of interesting information.
For instance, that post about Digikey? Over the past 24 hours, a visitor came from some blog aggregator (type in a search term and it shows posts on blogs containing it). Then the same visitor came again from some other aggregator hours later. Then they came several more times with no entry address, implying either a bookmark/link or an ‘open in new window’ type of thing. The interesting thing is that this person’s IP traces back to a place called Thief River Falls Minnesota. On a hunch, I went to the Digikey website, and guess where they’re located… Yep.
Its always nice to be noticed ;D
Then there’s all the people who end up here from Google, looking at really old posts. The one about Jekyll and Hyde last summer (you know, my scathing review of the production we saw) keeps getting people from time to time, and there are a few others that get regular traffic for no real reason.
Oh, and isn’t it magical? By soldering the chip on the right way, it actually receives and acknowledges the i2c messages being sent to it! What a wonder….
Dream time, Mr. Bubbles.
